About Walter (From Shaun)
Walter works from a home office for an internet company supporting websites for K – 12 schools. This will be great for our child as Walter will be able to have lunches and be there for afternoon playtime. On a personal level, Walter is my balance. He is care-free, imaginative, and full of life, energy, and love. He has a big heart and is incredibly creative, particularly as a potter and designer. Our child will be able to make cool things with clay right in our home pottery studio! He is a Boy Scout (technically an Eagle Scout) meaning he loves the outdoors, camping, biking and hiking; he can fix anything. Everyone who meets Walter instantly feels comfortable with him and he is well known for his distinct laugh which lights up every room he is in. My heart melts when I see him interact with children. He is a natural, often child-like himself, instantly putting kids at ease. I watch him with his niece and the children of our friends and am in awe of how connected he is with each of them. I am so excited to parent a child with him.
