Welcome to our page and our adoption journey! We've decided to set up this blog page primarily for Birth Mothers who are looking for a good parent fit for their child and seeking to get to know us better. We welcome you and want to affirm the courage it took to get here.
We also have friends and family who are wanting updates on our progress and we think this is a great location to see those updates.
To the Birth Mother who is visiting our page, we would like the opportunity to hear your story and really get to know who you are so that we can share, if chosen, with your child the journey of their birth mother that brought him or her to us.
We are so very excited to start this next chapter of our lives. Shaun and I are married and have been together for sixteen years. During this time, we have traveled, seen and experienced a lot of what life has to offer, and have lived a happy life together. We have been very blessed with laughter and love and we want to share our lives with a child. It would bring us great joy to see his/her expression through their own life discoveries as part of our family.
An open adoption is the only way we have considered having a
child. Our promise to you is a loving,
warm, nurturing, caring home that offers your child the knowledge of where he
or she came from. We recognize the
courage and strength it took to get to this point and we
want to be a part of your decision. If
